Lectern puts test-prep and tutoring academies on one shared system that runs their operation. We sell the outcome, an academy that runs on rails, not a pile of custom software.
Academy 1 is live today. Each one after it starts from a system that already knows more, so the work goes down while the capability goes up.
Why it works this way.
Every academy we run teaches the shared system more about what academies need in common. One codebase serves all of them. A new academy is configuration shaped to them, not a forked copy we have to maintain on the side.
That is the whole idea: each new academy should take less work than the last. The agency work funds the discovery, and the shared system is the asset that keeps growing.
Our first paying academy is live on it now. That is the starting point, not the end state.
